You see that review from Christina Murphy? Imagine it taking over 10 year to win custody (without child support, I might add) of an alleged abused 17 yr old. Smh. We signed over custody to save our Son the potential mental anguish of what his bio (I say this bc she wasn't active in his life until he was in 6th grade- she went years without speaking to him, a few times) Mom was doing. I'm confident when I say we would've won pro se against Christina Murphy and David Thornton had they actually followed through with court. They didn't. They cancelled it the day before. Go figure. They completely fabricated many details to create a frivolous suit against my family. I feel sorry for her for wasting so much money for nothing.

If there was a rating less than one, I would give that instead. Do not waste your time and money on this law firm. Our case was handled very poorly from the beginning to the end. The attorneys are not responsive and I was not able to trust anything they communicated. If you want to win your case, find another law firm fast.

David Thornton changed our lives. My son was in an emotionally abusive household for many years and because of David, I was finally able to bring him home permanently. For over a decade I have been libeled, threatened, harassed, and stalked because I wanted to be in my son’s life. My son was also harassed, threatened, and continuously beat down mentally and on occasion, physically. My son is a completely different kid now. He almost made honor roll this semester, works, has a car, and most importantly, is incredibly happy. I cannot do or say enough to thank David for what he has given us. My family is so grateful. It’s been a tough road for us, but after all these years… we made it!
