Ryan was the so helpful in getting us out of a terrible situation with our homeowner. We discovered raccoons were in our rent house before we signed the lease, and they had done severe damage in the walls and attic, and severely compromised the ac system. Our homeowner refused to send out professionals to remove them and clean and make repairs. Ryan was immediate with his communications and actions, and it was barely a week before our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His actions towards our homeowner were exactly what we needed. We hope we never need his services again. But he will be the first one we call if we, or anyone we know, needs legal assistance in his area of expertise. We are so grateful to him.

Great consult and was really helpful in navigating some tricky business. The only downside is Mr. Zapalac wasn’t available for actions or litigations, so we did still have to find another attorney (and pay another consultation fee), but otherwise he was quick and easy to talk to.
